Delos Diversified Services (D2S) was established in March 2021 by Cheryl and Tim Dopudja as a woman owned family business with a commitment of bringing the value of our vast industry experience and knowledge to our clients and customers. Cheryl and Tim derived the company name “Delos” from a Greek Island who established one of the first known ports in 1st millennium BC and was believed to have been the birthplace of Apollo. This “established” port resonated with Cheryl and Tim as they themselves have 40 years of commercial/residential construction and inspection knowledge, which provides a unique and unprecedented insight into the Home Inspection process. Our industry experience allows us to provide a unique perspective to the home inspection and allows us to identify any potential underlying issues to our customers. Delos Diversified Services commitment to its customers is to provide a highly detailed inspection report so they can make a well-informed decision when purchasing their home. Our inspectors are not only trained regarding the home inspection audit but bring unique industry credentials and certifications to the process (UCLA Construction Management, Plumbing Designer, Home Inspection Training, past QAQC resume with City Code Enforcement & Compliance, Design Build construction experience, Regional Footprint).
Meet The Owner
After 40 plus years working as an employee in the Southern California business community Cheryl decided to redirect her passion and dedication into starting her own small business – Delos Diversified Services (D2S). Cheryl has been a lifetime resident of Southern California and currently resides in Orange County which gives her perspective and insight to the local market. Cheryl’s fundamental approach to an upstart business is straightforward in that most successful companies were built on a “simple principle” and started with an entrepreneur who realized they have the potential to fill an essential gap in the market while delivering a quality product. Cheryl opened D2S as a Woman Owned Business as that “simple principle” and to fill that gap in the Home Inspection market. Cheryl’s passion and adventurous spirit along with her dedicated staff at D2S commits to delivering a comprehensive Home Inspection second to none to its customers.
Meet Our Inspector
Tim Dopudja has been a resident of the Southern California Region for over 38 years and currently resides in Orange County with his wife. Tim is Delos Diversified Services Senior Inspector and provides its customers with over 20 years of regional inspection knowledge from residential to large scale commercial projects. Tim’s work resume includes working for some of the largest National Design/Build contractors throughout the industry. His well-rounded experience as a mechanical tradesman, Project Engineer, Plumbing Designer, and Inspection Director, provides him a unique skill set that translates into a thorough and comprehensive inspection report to its customers. Some of Tim’s past and current qualifications includes: ATI Home Inspection Training, UCLA Construction Management Degree, Member ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers) for HVAC Systems, Design Build Background (Plumbing Design), and over 20 years of Industry experience.
